As we begin a relationship with a new client, our first objective is to get to know the company fully and understand its ethos, values, processes and systems. We will then develop a customised training model to include induction, initiation and ongoing development.

Career Progression Ladders

To encourage our staff to develop to their full potential, we provide training and development as part of a career progression program. We identify each staff members personal goals within CPL and then help them to achieve these goals where possible through further training and mentoring.

This career progression model enhances staff motivation, develops new skills and expertise and builds up a strong panel of staff for each key business area so that the impact of staff transition is kept to a minimum.

Teambuilding & Team Morale

We promote and enhance teamwork in CPL to create a working environment that staff enjoy. Team goals and objectives and sometimes rewards ensures that teamwork is optimised. Staff social events, outings and clubs are also an important part of the CPL workplace and all staff are made to feel a valued part of the team.
