CPL Integrated Services is a strong advocate and practitioner of business process excellence. Our in-house business process excellence team are charged with the job of enhancing and improving our internal systems on an ongoing basis. We continually strive to improve our service, standards and results.
CPL Integrated Services is actively working to the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) and has completed level 1 of the EFQM award process – “Commitment to Excellence”.
The EFQM Excellence Model is the most widely used organisational framework in Europe and it is the basis for the majority of national and regional Quality Awards. It benchmarks CPL Integrated Services against similar organisations across Europe and helps to continually identify new areas for improvement.
The CPL Business Process Excellence team are responsible for driving continuous innovation and process improvement within CPL, which ensures that we continually improve our quality, efficiency and customer results.
